Çakırhüyük is a village in the District of Besni, Adıyaman Province, Turkey.[1]

The village used to be named Keysun (Kaysum in Arabic and Kaisou in Greek). In the early 9th century it was the base of the rebel leader Nasr ibn Shabath al-Uqayli. Today the village contains the 12th-century Crusader Fortress of Kaysun.
