Ýylanly or Yilanli is a town and capital of Gurbansoltan Eje District in the Daşoguz Province of Turkmenistan. As of 2009 it had an estimated population of 26,901.[1]
The town was for some time named after Gurbansoltan Eje, the mother of the former president Saparmurat Niyazov.
