125 Greenwich Street (also known under the name of 22 Thames Street) is a residential supertall skyscraper being built in the Financial District, Manhattan, New York City, designed by architect Rafael Viñoly.

Overview

The residential tower on Greenwich Street will be located in the Financial District neighborhood of Lower Manhattan. In September 2014, it was announced that the tower will stand 1,358 feet (414 m). The building will have 77 floors. A total of 128 residential units will be built.[2] Upon completion, 125 Greenwich Street will become the fourth tallest building in New York City after One World Trade Center, 225 West 57th Street, and 432 Park Avenue. 125 Greenwich Street will stand 108 feet taller than the Empire State Building.

The skyscraper is located two blocks south of One World Trade Center. 125 Greenwich Street is directly across Greenwich from the site of the Deutsche Bank Building, which was demolished in 2011. Five World Trade Center will take its place.
