    1296 Andrée (1933 WE) is a main-belt asteroid, about 25 kilometers in diameter, discovered on November 25, 1933, by Louis Boyer at Algiers Observatory in Algeria, North Africa.[9] It is a member of the Nysa family.[3]

    The asteroid was named by the discoverer in honor of his niece, Andrée.[2]
