The 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Vietnamese: Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XII, 12th National Congress of Delegates) is the twelfth party congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the sole legal party of Vietnam. It is occurring between 20–28 January 2016, at the My Dinh National Convention Centre, Hanoi.[1]
