The 1887 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final was a hurling match between Tipperary and Galway on 1 April, 1888 in Birr, County Offaly. It was the final of the first staging of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, which became the primary hurling competition in Ireland. Five teams entered the championship in its first year. It was the only time that the championship used an open draw system.
