[1] The 1969 Grantland Rice Bowl was an NCAA College Division Game following the 1969 season. This game was the semifinal for the championship. After ETSU's 34-14 victory over the bulldogs, they went on to win the national title. Following the game, Louisiana Tech Quarterback Terry Bradshaw was Drafted 1st overall By the Pittsburgh Steelers and went on to win four Super Bowls and has been inducted in to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
