1980 Tooth Cup

In 1980 Tooth Cup was the name of the annual mid-week knockout rugby league competition which was played from April to August 1980 due to sponsorship from brewers, Tooth. Parramatta beat Balmain in the final.

Format

The teams each played two round matches with the best eight progressing to the finals. There was a random draw for the quarter and semi finals.
