The 1990 Football League Cup Final took place at Wembley Stadium on 29 April 1990, and was contested between Nottingham Forest and Oldham Athletic. A single Nigel Jemson goal from a breakway gave Forest the cup, equalling Liverpool's then-record of four wins.
This the last time, to date, that Nottingham Forest have won the League Cup. This was the 30th League Cup Final.
