1st Avenue Mall is a shopping mall near Komtar Tower and Prangin Mall. Opened in 2010 and has 2 anchor tenants (Parkson and TGV Cinemas).

Parkson
Parkson in 1st Avenue Mall is the newest Parkson department store in Penang Island and second newest in Penang. It also the second Parkson in Komtar area after Prangin Mall.
TGV Cinemas
TGV Cinemas is the only cinema in the mall and it's located on the 8th floor of the mall.
AEON Big
AEON Big is a former supermarket in 1st Avenue Mall. The supermarket was closed in January 2016.
