2002 Cork Senior Hurling Championship

The 2002 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 116th since its establishment in 1887. The first matches of the season were played in May and the championship ended on 15 September 2002. Blackrock went into the 2002 championship as reigning champions, having won their 31st county title the previous year.

The championship culminated with the county final, held at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork. The match was contested by Blackrock and Newtownshandrum. Blackrock won the game by 1-14 to 0-12. It was their 32nd county title.[1]
