The 2006 FIFA World Cup qualification AFC Second Stage Group 2 was an AFC qualifying group for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. The group was composed of Iraq, Palestine, Chinese Taipei and Uzbekistan.
The group was won by Uzbekistan, who qualified for the third stage.
