The 2007 ESB All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship was the 76th edition of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship since its inception in 1928. Games were played between 21 April and 2 September 2007. Tipperary defeated Cork by 3-14 to 2-11 in the final to win the championship.
