The ACC Under-19 Elite Cup 2009 was a cricket tournament organised by the ACC for Under-19 teams from its member nations held in Kuwait on 22 April 2009 – 1 May 2009. U-19 Teams of 10 member nations participated in the tournament.[1] In final match Hong Kong beat Afghanistan by 8 wickets. Both finalists of this tournament qualified for the 2009 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup Qualifier scheduled for 1 to 13 September 2009 in Ireland.

This tournament was fourth of its version since it was first held in 2003 in Pakistan. This is senior level of tournament of ACC Under-19 Cup. The tournament also serves as a part of qualification for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
