2011 All-Australian team
The 2011 All-Australian team represents the best performed Australian Football League (AFL) players in the 2011 season. It was announced on 19 September 2011, as a complete Australian rules football team of 22 players and a coach.[1] An initial squad of 40 players was previously announced on 6 September 2011. The team is honorary and does not actually play any games.[2]
Selection process
The selection panel for the 2011 All-Australian team was Andrew Demetriou (chairman), Adrian Anderson, Kevin Bartlett, Luke Darcy, Danny Frawley, Glen Jakovich, Leigh Matthews and Mark Ricciuto.
