1. Match between Universitario and Sporting Cristal was nullified by the FPF. The original match result was a 0-0 draw. A 3–0 win was recorded in favor of Sporting Cristal.[5]
2. Match between Colegio Nacional Iquitos and Sport Boys was nullified by the FPF. The original match result was a 1–1 draw. A 3-0 win was recorded in favor of Colegio Nacional Iquitos.
4. Match between Alianza Atlético and Universitario was nullified by the FPF. The original match result was a 0–0 draw. A 3-0 win was recorded in favor of Alianza Atlético.
5. Match between Universitario and Colegio Nacional Iquitos was nullified by the FPF. The original match result was a 2–0 in favor of Universitario. A 3-0 win was recorded in favor of Colegio Nacional Iquitos.

  1. Following the end of the match, Sporting Cristal disputed the match result after Universitario failed to submit records to the ADFP of their players' monthly salaries prior to the match. The ADFP and Peruvian Football Federation ruled in favor of Cristal and the original 0–0 match result was nullified and declared a 3–0 loss for Universitario.
  2. Following the end of the match, CNI disputed the match result after Universitario failed to submit records to the ADFP of their players' monthly salaries prior to the match. The ADFP and Peruvian Football Federation ruled in favor of CNI and the original 2–0 win for Universitario was nullified and declared a 3–0 win for CNI.
  3. Universitario failed to make a payment due to Agremiación (union representing professional footballers) and were unable to dispute the match against FBC Melgar. Melgar was awarded a 3–0 victory
  4. Following the end of the match, Alianza Atlético disputed the match result after Universitario failed to submit records to the ADFP of their players' monthly salaries prior to the match. The ADFP and Peruvian Football Federation ruled in favor of Alianza Atlético and the original 0–0 match result was nullified and declared a 3–0 loss for Universitario.
