The 2012 Texas Southern Tigers football team represented Texas Southern University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Tigers were led by first year head coach Darrell Asberry^[1] and played their home games at a new stadium, BBVA Compass Stadium.^[2] They were a member of the West Division of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) and finished the season with an overall record of two wins and nine losses (2–9, 2–7 SWAC).

Postseason Suspension
