The 2013 Boels Ladies Tour also known as the 2013 Holland Ladies Tour is the 16th edition of the Holland Ladies Tour, a women's cycle stage race in the Netherlands. The tour will be held from 3 September to 8 September, 2013. The tour has an UCI rating of 2.1.[1]

The second stage of the tour is a team time trial and is the last team time trial of the 2013 season before the World Championships team time trial in Italy on 22 September.
