A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck China 95 km (59 mi) south east of Yilkiqi, in Pishan County, Xinjiang, on July 3 at a depth of 20.0 km (12.4 mi).[1] The earthquake killed at least 3 people and wounded 71.[2][3]
