The 2015 PIHA season was the 14th season of operation of the Professional Inline Hockey Association (PIHA). The Colorado Springs Thunder were defeated by the Marple Gladiators in Game 6 the 2015 Founders Cup Finals on February 22, 2015 at the Xfinity Roller Sports Arena in Colorado Springs, CO. Marple became the fourth repeat champion in league history.
Regular season
Standings
Each of the 11 teams played a 24-game season of an unbalanced schedule. Teams played all games against conference opponents. The top four finishers from the Eastern Conference qualified for the playoffs, and the top four finishers from the Western Conference qualified for the playoffs, making a total of eight playoff teams.

Playoff seeds
After the regular season, eight teams qualified for the playoffs. The Colorado Springs Thunder were the Western Conference regular season champions and Best Overall Record Trophy winners with 40 points. The Pittsburgh Inferno were the Eastern Conference regular season champions, finishing with 36 points.
