The 2016–17 Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team will represent the University of Kansas in the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, which is the Jayhawks 119th basketball season. The Jayhawks will play their home games at Allen Fieldhouse. They will be led by 14th year head coach Bill Self and are members of the Big 12 Conference. The Jayhawks will attempt to tie UCLA's all time record for consecutive regular season conference titles with their 13th title.[1]

Schedule

The Jayhawks will announce their non-conference opponents in the spring and their whole schedule will be announced in the summer. They will play in the 2016 CBE Hall of Fame Classic with potential opponents including George Washington, Georgia, and UAB. They will also play Duke in the 2016 Champions Classic.
