2016 FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships

The 2016 FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships will be the second edition of the European 3x3 basketball event that featured separate competitions for men's and women's national teams. The tournament will start on 25 June 2016 with the first of the three qualifying tournaments.

Qualification

The qualification events will take place in the Summer of 2016. A total of 26 teams will take part in these tournaments.

Qualifier 1

The first qualifying tournament will take place in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra on 25 and 26 June 2016.[1]

Men's tournament

  •  Belarus
  •  Czech Republic
  •  Georgia
  •  Ireland
  •  Latvia

Women's tournament

  •  Hungary
  •  Ireland
  •  Poland

Qualifier 2

The second qualifying tournament will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands on 1 and 2 July 2016.[1]

Men's tournament

  •  Azerbaijan
  •  Germany
  •  Netherlands

Women's tournament

  •  Belgium
  •  Czech Republic
  •  Estonia
  •  Serbia
  •  Ukraine
  •  Wales

Qualifier 3

The third qualifying tournament will take place in Poitiers, France on 1 and 2 July 2016.[1]

Men's tournament

  •  Italy

Women's tournament

  •  Azerbaijan
  •  France
  •  Italy
  •  Latvia
  •  Russia
