First Preliminary Round

The first preliminary round will be held in Guam. The dates are to be confirmed.^[1]

Second Preliminary Round

The second preliminary round will be held during 5–18 November 2016 in Chinese Taipei.^[1]

Final Competition

The final competition will be held in Japan during December 2017.^[1]
