21 West Street is a building located in Lower Manhattan, New York City - on West Street between Morris Street and Washington Street. Originally designed as an office tower, it was converted into apartments in 1997 and renamed 'Le Rivage Apartments'. In 2016 this 33-story tower was rebranded '21 West Street'.[2]
It was built betwwen 1929-31.[2]
