21st is a 2016 Telugu horror film, directed by Jaishankar Chigurula. The film created a world record as the lowest-budget feature film of the 21st century. This film was made with ₹1,59,000, which is equivalent to $2,400 USD (2016). The film also broke Ram Gopal Varma's Ice Cream low-budget record.[2] The film's soundtrack was released by Prasad Studios and Labs, headquartered in Hyderabad.[3][4] Actor Viswa Kamal plays the lead role in this film. The film is set to be released on May 13, 2016.[5]
