3. deild

3. deild is the fourth tier of Football in the Faroe Islands, the league is split up into 6 different groups. At the end of the season two teams are promoted to 2. deild. There is no relegation from the league, this is because 3. deild is the lowest league in Faroese football ladder. Though sometimes changes are made and new teams join the league and others leave.
