3rd Luftwaffe Field Division (Germany)
3.Luftwaffen-Feld-Division was formed in mid-1942 and attached to Heeresgruppe Mitte. It was transferred to the German Army on 1 November 1943 and named 3.Feld-Division(L). The division was disbanded on 22 January 1944 after suffering heavy losses at Vitebsk. The remnants were absorbed by 4. Feld-Division(L) and 6. Feld-Division(L).
