Lali Espósito concert chronology

A Bailar Tour is the first concert tour as a solo singer by Argentine recording artist Lali Espósito in support of her debut studio album, A Bailar (2014).[1] The tour began in Buenos Aires, Argentina on April 19, 2014 and will conclude in Tel Aviv, Israel on April 25, 2016. In December 2015, Perfil named the A Bailar Tour as the highest grossing tour of 2015 in Argentina.[2]

Background

Before the tour began, Espósito had announced her solo career in an act at La Trastienda on September 2, 2013. The same night, she performed "A Bailar" (the lead single of her debut album), "Asesina" and "Del Otro Lado".[3] The singer also released the music video for "A Bailar", which was uploaded a few days later to Espósito's YouTube channel.

On March 15, 2014 Espósito performed A Bailar again at the Caserta festival, Italy, a few days before her debut album release, called as the lead single, "A Bailar".[4]

Tour

First Leg

The tour included shows in several Argentine cities like: Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata, Olavarría, Bahía Blanca, Rosario, Santa Fe, Córdoba, La Plata, Ituzaingó, Avellaneda, Mendoza, San Juan, Catamarca, Santiago del Estero and Tucumán.

Lali Espósito performing at A Bailar Tour in La Plata

On November 27, Espósito performed as the opening act of a Ricky Martin's charity event at Ciudad del Rock, Buenos Aires in front of more than 80.000 people. Since this time, Espósito and Martin became friends and at next year, they performed together on a special concert called "Duets".

Espósito also performed in cities of other countries like Montevideo, Madrid and Rome. She was going to perform at Lima, but the show was cancelled.

Only in the five shows at the Opera Allianz, Espósito grossed AR$ 2,500,000.[5] It's estimated that more than 41,000 people attended the tour.

Second leg: "A Bailar Tour Verano"

The second phase of the tour consisted in four free shows and performances in festivals through the summer 2015: Palermo (Buenos Aires), Mar del Plata, Rivadavia, Villa María and Tigre. It is estimated over 135,000 people attended at the tour in just 5 shows, beating strongly the past phase in which there were 27 shows and more than 80,000 people.

Third leg: "A Bailar Tour Despedida"

The dates were announced on March 4, 2015 via the official Twitter of the artist. The cities that were included in this phase were: Tucumán, Santiago del Estero, Rosario, Córdoba, Corrientes, Neuquén and Salta, many of them previously visited in 2014. Lali performed twice in Rosario and Salta because the tickets for the shows were sold out.

Fourth leg

The fourth leg of the tour included dates in Argentine cities like Córdoba, Villa Carlos Paz, Pilar, Jujuy, Totoras, Junín, Buenos Aires, Olavarría, Jesús María, Villa del Rosario, Villa María, Mar del Pata, Paraná, Posadas, Puerto Iguazú, San Francisco, Trenque Lauquen and Colón. Some of those dates were free shows or special shows for festivals.

On October 3, 2015 Espósito performed as the opening act of Katy Perry's The Prismatic World Tour at Hipódromo de Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Espósito also included international dates on Montevideo, Punta del Este, Tel Aviv and Santiago.

In December 2015, Espósito confirmed that the Argentine leg of the tour will conclude with two shows at the Luna Park stadium at Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 18 and 19, 2016.
