Abigail Miriam Dauermann (born February 25, 1989), better known by her stage name Abby Wilde, is an American actress and singer who rose to fame for her role as Stacey Dillsen on Zoey 101, iCarly and Sam & Cat. In 2009, Wilde starred in her first full-length feature film, Family of Four, which is her only film role to date.

Early life

Abby Wilde was born Abigail Miriam Dauermann in San Francisco, California. She began acting at the age of 12, beginning in a class with her brothers at the local YMCA branch. Since then, she has appeared in the casts of many plays, Shakespeare performances, opera concerts, one-act play festivals, and musicals.

Career

2006–2008: Zoey 101

In 2006, Wilde was cast as a recurring role on the Nickelodeon hit television show Zoey 101 as Stacey Dillsen. Wilde appeared in the show for thirty-one episodes between 2006 and 2008. Wilde starred in several made for television Zoey 101 films; "Zoey 101: The Curse of PCA" (2007), "Zoey 101: Goodbye Zoey?" (2008), and the show's final episode "Zoey 101: Chasing Zoey" (2008).

2009–present: Post-Zoey 101 and film appearances

Wilde later appeared as Stacey Dillsen on several other shows created by Dan Schneider including Sam & Cat in 2013 and iCarly in 2010, and 2011. In 2009, Wilde starred in her first full-length feature film, Family of Four, a drama written and directed by John Suits. Wilde starred alongside Baywatch star Alexandra Paul. The film was released in 2009.
