Abdel Moneim Mustafa Hussein (عبدالمؤمن مصطفى حسين) (born 1952) is a former Sudanese football player and manager, and the technical director for Confederation of African Football (CAF) since 1993. He played from 1973 to 1983 in Al Ahly SC and was nicknamed Qarn Shatta.
