Abderrahmane Sbai (Arabic: عبد الرحمان السباعي born 1940, Fes died 22 October 2010, Rabat) was a Moroccan politician and civil servant. Since 1997 he has been Delegate-Minister for the Administration of National Defense, a position he held until his death. He held a degree in "geographic engineering".[1][2][3]

He attended primary and secondary school in El Jadida.[1]
