Abdul Karim Chowdhury is an Indian politician and the present Minister for Mass Education Extension and Library Services in the Government of West Bengal.[1] He is also an MLA, elected from the Islampur constituency in the West Bengal state assembly election, 2011. Before this term he had been elected for 5 terms in MLA. He is one of the veteran leader of West Bengal. He is very down to earth.
He is a graduate from Siliguri College under the North Bengal University.[2]
