Abhishek Singh (alias Honey) is a gangster of Varanasi

Abhishek Singh, alias Honey, is a contract killer and gang leader from Varanasi in eastern Uttar Pradesh India. He was imprisoned in 2010 and released on bail in December 2014.

Career

His criminal career began when he and a friend killed Ashapur Village Head Jiyut Pandey's son Rajeev Pandey.[1][2][3] in the first week of November 2010. He established his gang in 2010. Gang members attacked assistant engineer V K Singh, a contractor of Chandauli Veer Bahadur Singh and another contractor from Azamgarh Mukund Singh in April 2011.

On October 4, 2011 Roshan Ghavari confectionery trader was shot dead in Sharda Nagar colony by two shooters (Amit Pandey alias Baba of Mirzapur and Kaushal Kumar of Jaitpura area).

In 2012 vegetable wholesaler Jivan Chand Patel was shot by Salim alias Chini of Pitarkunda and Subedar alias Manish Singh of Hukulganj. They were caught on 13 October 2013. When Singh was in jail, he met Salim and Manish. Later authorities established a reward of 50,000 INR for Singh. He was then caught by the special operation group (SOG) and Cantonment police[4] along with 3 others. Early life

Abhishek Singh is a son of a congressional leader from Bansdih, a village of city Ballia. He belongs to a family whose ancestor was a freedom fighter and awarded as Saptrishi (7 stars from Mahatma Gandhi).
