Road Rules: South Pacific is the 12th season of MTV's reality show Road Rules that takes place in the South Pacific. A casting special aired on May 19, 2003, and the season premiered one week later on May 26, 2003.

After filming/Trivia
Abram returned to the series as part of the alumni cast of Road Rules 2007: Viewers' Revenge.
Two girls discovered by Playboy. Cara Zavaleta was named Playmate of the Month for November 2004 after the show had already aired. Mary Beth Decker, was named Cyber Girl of the Month for January 2003 before she had even been cast for the show.
The entire cast of this season was trained in public speaking by American University's Department of Communications.
