Acacia nigripilosa is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West, Goldfields and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (1.6 to 6.6 ft). It blooms from July to September and produces yellow flowers.
