Acacia woodmaniorum is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia. It is native to a small area near Yalgoo in the Mid West region of Western Australia.[1]

The shrub is hard, prickly with intricate branching that typically grows to a height of 2 metres (7 ft). It grows red silt and thin sands over red ironstone and laterite on crests and ridges of ranges.[1]
