History

Accuro Healthcare Solutions was formed in 2004 with financial backing by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.[2] That same year, Accuro acquired Innovative Managed Care Systems (IMaCS). Accuro Healthcare Solutions was acquired by Medassets, Inc on Jun 3, 2008.[7]
