Adampur is a small village of District Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
It is situated at the bank of Sai River (tributary of River Ganges). Adampur's nearest market is Rasooli Bazar and Kithawar Bazar.[1]

History
According to the local people, Adampur is named after the old Sufi Sant Adam Shah Baba who came from Afghanistan.
