Add the Blonde is the debut studio album by Polish singer Margaret. It was released on August 26, 2014.[1]
While creating the album, Margaret worked with, among others, Swedish producers Joakim Buddee and Martin Eriksson and English producer Ant Whiting, who worked previously with the likes of Pixie Lott, M.I.A. and John Newman.[2]
The album consists of 14 English-language tracks, including all songs from the All I Need EP and 8 premiere compositions.[3] It was promoted by the singles: "Wasted", "Start a Fire" – the official song of the 2014 Men's World Volleyball Championship and "Heartbeat".[4][5][6]
Add the Blonde reached number 8 on the Polish Albums Chart.[7] The album received platinum record certification in Poland.[8]
