The Adelaide AB (an abbreviation of either abortion or afterbirth) is a classic Adelaide food that is available at almost every takeaway store in Adelaide and the surrounding area. It consists of chips covered in yiros meat, garlic sauce and tomato sauce, and sometimes cheese. The true home of the AB is the North Adelaide Burger Bar on O'Connell Street. [1][2]
