Adelina is the Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Slavic variant of Adeline, meaning 'noble' or 'nobility'. Its other variants are Adela, Adelia, Della, Adalyn, Adalynn, Adelyn, Alene, Aline, Delia, Aada and Ada.
