Adelphagrotis indeterminata is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found from British Columbia to California.
The wingspan is 30–40 mm. Adults are on wing from August to October, with a few records from May to July.
The larvae feed on the leaves of flowering trees and shrubs.
