Aditi Mohsin is a Bangladeshi singer. She is a Rabindra Sangeet singer.[1] Recently Aditi released her 9th solo album “Momo Rupey Beshe” from the banner of Bengal Foundation with contains melodious 10 songs.[2]

Career

Aditi's first album was Amar Mon Cheye Roy (2003). Her second album titled was Sharado Prate (2004). In 2013, she released Barshamukhor Raate Phagun Sameerane.[3] She performs on Bangladesh Television, Bangladesh Betar (Radio), and other broadcasting media such as NTV, Maasranga Television,[4] SA TV, and Tara Muzik.[5] As a play-back singer, she has sung Rabindra Sangeet for different dramas and serials on various television channels in Bangladesh. She sang in Rabindranath Tagore's Chhinnapatra, a documentary film based on the still photographs of Dr. Nawajesh Ahmed. Aditi is popular in Bangladesh and India.[6][7][8]

Personal life

Adity is the Secretary of the Dhaka City Committee of the Jatio Rabindra Sangeet Sammilon Parishad. She is a member of the Bangladesh Rabindra Sangeet Shilpi Sangstha.[9] Since 2000, she has worked as a Senior Teacher at Chhayanaut.[10]

Adity won various awards, including Debabrata Smriti Purashkar, Anyanna Shirsho Dosh, and the Citycell-Channel-i Music Awards in 2006 for best Rabindra Sangeet singer.[18]
