Adolfo Meléndez

Adolfo Meléndez (2 June 1884, in La Coruña - 4 June 1968, in Madrid) was a Spanish footballer who founded, and then became President of, Real Madrid.[1]

He served two terms as the President of Los Merengues. His first spell was between 1908 and 1916, and his second spell was between 1936 and 1940.
