Adrian Lewis Morgan (born 22 February 1973),[1] Is a Welsh actor, best known for playing Dr. Jimmi Clay in the BBC soap Doctors.
The son of a social worker, he was born in Beddau, and has one sister.[2] Lewis Morgan trained at The HTV Drama Workshop led by Peter Wooldridge, and then graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
On graduation, his first role was as Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd at the Royal National Theatre.[3] During his theatre career, he starred in various West End theatre productions, including: Marius in Les Misèrables; Roger in Rent; and Judas/Annas in Jesus Christ Superstar.[1]
He then played Nurse Liam Evans in Holby City, and since 2005 has played Dr. Jimmi Clay in the BBC One daytime soap Doctors.[4]
