On 9 March 2011, in an interview to French magazine Paris Match, Adriana revealed that she's separating from her husband.[4] Adriana stated that the causes for the separation were the couple's constant exposure in the media and their "hectic lifestyle" as well as him being "upset to see photographs of [her] with other men appearing in the press and speculation that [she] had a lover".[5] Christian Karembeu refused questions from the media about the divorce, stating that he would not comment in public about his private life.[6]

In June 2014, she married Armenian businessman Aram Ohanian, her boyfriend for three years. Their wedding was held in Marrakesh, Morocco, and was attended by numerous film and show business stars.[7]
