AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. is a privately held American franchise corporation with over 200 operational franchise territories nationwide providing light environmental services including mold remediation, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, emergency water removal, and coil cleaning services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients.

History

The company originated in 1994 as a contracting business handling cleanup and repairs in southern Florida after Hurricane Andrew.[1] Following the relocation of company headquarters to Charlotte, NC, the AdvantaClean brand was established. A pilot franchise program was initiated in 2000 and made available to the general public in 2008. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina.[2]

Headquarters and Training Facility

AdvantaClean’s North Carolina headquarters includes a centralized 24-hour customer care center[10] and a 22,000-square-foot (2,000 m2) training facility located on a 5-acre (20,000 m2) campus. The training center includes a 1,700-square-foot (160 m2) house for hands-on training and full-scale simulations. Franchisees participate in continuing education by attending bi-weekly webinars hosted by AdvantaClean’s home office training staff.[11]
