Adventure science fiction

Adventure science fiction or sci-fi adventure is a subgenre of science fiction that covers tense and rousing stories involving aliens, robots, the future or other science fiction elements.

Examples include the film Stargate (1994) and its television series, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008), and the comic book Atomic Robo.
