Agathis corbassonii is a species of Agathis, endemic to New Caledonia, where it occurs scattered throughout the north and centre of the island at altitudes of 300–700 m. This species is known commonly as the red kauri. It is threatened by habitat loss.

It is a medium-sized to large evergreen tree growing to 40 m tall. The leaves are in decussate opposite pairs, 4.5–7 cm long (up to 11 cm long on young plants) and 6–11 mm broad. The cones are globose, 10 cm diameter, and disintegrate at maturity to release the winged seeds.
