Aggravated sexual assault
Aggravated sexual assault is a crime in which an aggravated assault of a sexual nature wounds, maims, disfigures or endangers the life of the complainant.[1][2][3]
Sentencing
In the United States aggravated sexual assault is punished by being sentenced to jail time. How much time a criminal is sentenced to is determined by a judge and by the severity and quantity of the assault or assaults.[4]
